We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, just send it back, it’s that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Return Process

1) Please email us at info@lotsgreen.com to receive an RMA number. We will give you our return address.

2) Once you have obtained the RMA number, please send us your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.

3) Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return must be inspected by our quality assurance team. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

4) PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.
